If you are based around the Calderdale area you will need to call our outlet in Halifax on the number 07850 735829.
(If you are not in the Calderdale are you will need to contact your local British Red Cross Office to find equipment near you.)
An appointment will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday for you to arrange collection of the equipment.
On collection two forms of ID will be needed and £20 for the deposit of the equipment hire.
It is normally a 6-week hire period and the equipment is usually available within 24 hours in an emergency.
Some equipment may not be available in our outlet so we would need to order it from a different outlet depending on their availability. It can take up to a week to receive an ordered item.
British Red Cross run this service on a voluntary basis, so we do request donations to help The British Red Cross continue providing this valuable service.
