We have searched for helpful information and resources which you can share with people you support or people in your relational network who may require support to vote. The links below are not Imagineer resources, but we have included them in one ‘toolkit’ so that they are easy to search and explore if you need information or help to vote. Local elections are coming up on the 4th of May 2023.
You may have heard about the new requirement to provide voter ID when registering to vote.
For many people in our communities, this is not as easy as you may think.
Forms of acceptable ID include a photo driving license or a passport.
Some people do not have either of these documents. The electoral commission has developed a ‘voter authority certificate’ which you can apply for if you do not have any of the acceptable forms of ID.
