The Vision Tree Template
The vision tree is a facilitated process to be delivered with a group of people (or an organisation) who are wanting to reflect on the progress made towards an outcome and to plan next steps to keep moving forward positively.
The process has been designed to be positive and engaging.
This can be a great tool for a community based, grassroots project as well as for larger organisations.
This is a template which has been developed by Imagineer as a result of our learning from the work we do alongside people, families, organisations and communities. You are welcome to adopt this template, but please credit Imagineer if you do so.
