Relationship Map Template
Using this template, you can write on the map the people in your life and how close your relationship is with the person. The map is split in to three different pieces:
- Family
- Friends
- Paid People – This recognises people who are part of the persons network who are there because they are paid (PA’s, GP’s. Nurses and Social Workers. It could include the milkman)
This is a good template to do to identify the key people in your life.
