Good and Bad Day Template
Using this template, you can really look at what a good day and a bad day is for someone.
You start from the very beginning of their day from waking up to going to bed.
Asking the individual questions like:
- What would be the best way for you to wake up happy?
- What would your perfect morning routine be?
- What is the best way for you to get ready and motivated for the day ahead?
Then you ask similar questions about what would make their day a bad day.
This exercise is all about listening to the person and making sure that they are heard and understood.
The person may be acting in or feeling a certain way because their day has been spoiled by something earlier on in the morning. This may then affect their whole day.
