Using this template, you can create an effective Action Plan.
- What is the task/action?
- Who will be completing this task/action?
- How will this task/action be completed?
- This task/action will be completed by when?
It is useful as it gives people a chance to talk through how they will approach and complete a task with the group before they take this on and therefor will be better prepared.
